How apparel is made
First, technology department draw the design on computer. Second, the design chart and cloths are sent to cut division. Then people use machine to cut cloths with design chart and prepare to sew. After that cutted cloths and ingredients are sent to sew division. Then the sewing process start until apparel be finished. When apparels are finished, they are sent to quality control devision.Then quality control officers check the apparel with produce standard. Finally iron is used to press apparel and package the apparel well(including brand mark and price label).

Thank you for making a list of the steps. Now, can you change active verb forms into passiave verb forms.
After that, delete the numbers and connect the sentences with transition word (first, then) / relative pronouns (which, that) /conjunctions (and, so...) to make a complete paragraph.

If you are describe a general process (e.g., how to make something, not something you have done by youself, like the data collection process for your report), you can use present tense, present passive verb form.
