Eating Custom
Today I want to talk about how is the importance of good eating custom to human . Everyone all knows we need six kinds of food a day. They are grains, fruits, vegetables, milk, meat and beans and oils. In every meal we need some necessary food like rice, noodles, fruits and vegetables. We also need more water. It can give us one day's energy. Milk products full of nutrition, like calcium, is needed. Although oil is not very good but a few of them can make our skin more smoother. However, busy modern lifestyle also changes our eating habits and the type of food we consume. Fast food and munchies are popular but those foods contain little nutrition. Eating habits make them eat some munchies. This kind of foods not only squander but also no sustenance. So everyone should eat balance diet. Then your body would become strong and healthy, by keeping a balanced diet, you can keep the doctors away.
